POETRY

I've got so much time on my hands I thought I would revisit my old love of poetry.  Here is my latest attempt. 

Roses are red,
but violets aren't blue
Sure sugar is sweet,
I admit that is true.

Violets are violet,
I hope that's not news
If violets were blue,
we'd have called them blues.
