A tearjerker!
Cleopatra's first child was by Julius Caesar. He was called Caesarian which meant "little Caesar." After Caesar's death, she met Marc Anthony and quite a love story ensued. They had several children together. During a civil war in Rome, Marc Anthony was told erroneously that Cleopatra had been killed. He was so distraught that he killed himself by falling on his sword. When Cleo heard what happened to him, she allowed a deadly asp to bite her and end her life.
My note: the child Caesarean was not delivered by what we call cesarean section nor was Caesar delivered by cesarean section as some had believed. The connection is vague - it's not useful to try to explain the use of the word. At that time in history, the only babies delivered via section were to dead mothers.
