I went to a friend's funeral this week and they handed out a prayer card that I will copy here for you. It's no mystery - this is basically the words from the famous song/poem. Say it as a prayer today. Know that Jesus is Amazing Grace.
Amazing grace, how sweet the sound
that saved a wretch like me.
I once was lost, but now I'm found;
was blind but now I see.
Twas grace that taught my heart to fear,
and grace my fear relieved.
How precious did that grace appear
the hour I first believed.
Thru many dangers, toils and snares
we have already come.
Twas grace that brought us safe thus far,
and grace will bring us home.
How sweet the name of Jesus sounds
to a true believer's ear.
It soothes his sorrows and heals his wounds,
and drives away his tears.
