EPITAPHS

Epitaphs are inscriptions placed on grave stones.  There are so many great ones.  Here are a few that were ordered by the persons themselves - entertainers all.

"That's all folks!"
    - Mel Blanc ... who, among other things, was the voice of the cartoon character Porky Pig.

"I will not be right back after this message."
    - Merv Griffin ... talk show host and game show producer for many years.

"The best is yet to come."
    - Frank Sinatra ... from one of his favorite songs.

And here is a special one you can see on the Tomb of the Unknowns in Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, DC.  Simple and tear provoking.

"Here rests in honored glory an American Soldier known but to God"
