WHEN I WAS A KID

When I was a kid, I loved to make models . . . plastic models, that is.  They were models of military planes, tanks and ships.  Big ones!  Glued, painted and decals placed with care!  I had them sitting around my third-floor bedroom.

It's a good way to keep little hands busy on bad-weather days.  It trains one to have patience, to read and follow directions carefully and to be artistic.  I recommend it no matter your age.
