A theoretical physicist named Ruggero Santilli is known for his fringe science. That's a nice way of saying crackpot science. He has developed a telescope that he claims can see anti-matter among other things. It uses a concave objective lens instead of the standard convex lens. The convex lens collects light and directs it to a viewing lens. His concave lens disburses light against the walls of the telescope. The UFO crowd is now excited about sending one of them up into orbit. Stand by.
