VERY INTERESTING

You can learn interesting things by accident. My father had the accident. He slipped on ice and fell down the concrete steps in front of his house. He put a long gash in the back of his head and after they stapled it closed at the hospital, he was put into intensive care. Seems that old folks have a lot of space between their brain and skull. Your brain shrinks! Yikes! Who knew? I thought I was just getting forgetful and now I find out my brain is actually shrinking. This extra space leaves a lot of room for blood to fill before anyone would notice something is wrong. Thus, they had to keep an eye on him for a day or two. This is something I learned by accident.

It has become rather common to see cars with stickers on them that are shaped like ribbons. They have written on them: "Support our Troops" or "Don't forget the MIAs". Today I drove up behind a car that had one of these ribbon stickers. When I got close, I was able to read "Poodle Rescue and Adoption". Are you shitting me? I almost lost my breakfast. We've got frigging poodle activists running around trying to spread "the word" that poodles need to be rescued. No wonder this country is going to hell.

Well said. I saw one that said "support your local artisan". I figure they've sold more of the ribbons than their "crafts"
