INDEPENDENCE DAY
Today is the 6 month anniversary of my smoke-free life. No, I don't feel any better. I surely don't look any better. Maybe I'm richer and smell better. For sure, I'm fatter. I weighed 185 on August 20th and about 214 today. I was up to 216 two weeks ago. Come to think of it, I'm probably not richer. Instead of buying cigarettes, I'm buying new cloths that I didn't need until I gained all this weight. All that said, I'll never smoke again.
