WEIGHTLIFTING

PART ONE

1) Do no harm. Do nothing that will cause injury. If you feel hurt, stop.
2) Form is all-important. Do it right. It doesn't matter how much weight you're lifting as much as it matters how you're doing it.
3) Get a plan. Decide what you want to accomplish and from that make your plan. Follow your plan. Be consistent. Redo your plan every three month or so. Keep records.
