MONEY
Everyone has different talents. Society values some talents more than others. Some people use their talent to make a lot of money. Other people have talent but do not use it to make money or their talent is not valued highly by others. In general, people are paid for the service they render to others. If you want to make more money, offer a better service - give more than the other guy. In the long run, the one who gives the most will receive the most. Believe it!
