Stand back! Did you know that skunks can launch their spray very accurately up to 15 feet. They have two glands, one on either side of the anus, which hold the spray. They spray only as a last resort and would rather run if given the chance. Once totally sprayed, it takes a skunk about 10 days to make more of the malodorous liquid. Don't threaten a skunk.
