CINCINNATI SPORTS LAST WEEK

The Bengals made the move of the week...no, the year. They signed Chris Henry to a two year contract. Unbelievable! Marvin then admitted that he is not in charge of these matters. Unbelievable!

The Bengals played New Orleans on Saturday night and looked like a team wondering who was in charge. Almost no part of their game looks ready for NFL competition. I've never worried too much about how a team looks in the preseason, but this is ridiculous.

The Reds only won one of three with the Cubs in Chicago, but actually played pretty well. Chris Dickerson should have been playing left field for this club a long time ago.

They went from the Windy to Denver in an effort to get in and out of town before a bunch of Democrats moved in. They lost in extra innings on Sunday and won just one of three from the Rockies. That gives them two wins and four losses for the week. Typical.

In high school football action, the Fenwick Falcon demolished the Mariemont Warriors 32-3; Wilmington beat West Carrollton 21-7; Norwood edged McNicholas 14-13 and Hamilton knocked off Springfield 30-6.
