AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION

Beyond the Bill of Rights, the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution, there have been 17 subsequent amendments.

th Amendment (1795) described the sovereign immunity of the States
th Amendment (1804) changed the method of electing the President and Vice-President
th Amendment (1865) abolished slavery
th Amendment (1868) described citizenship
th Amendment (1870) described voting rights for men no matter race or color
th Amendment (1913) allowed the government to levy an income tax
th Amendment (1913) changed the method of electing Senators
th Amendment (1919) prohibited the selling of intoxicating liquors
th Amendment (1920) described voting rights for all citizens regardless of sex
th Amendment (1933) established the date for president-elect to be installed and other provisions for special circumstances
st Amendment (1933) repealed the 18th Amendment
nd Amendment (1951) set a term limit for President
rd Amendment (1961) allowed the District of Columbia to participate in election of President
th Amendment (1964) prohibited poll taxes
th Amendment (1967) redefined the order of succession to the Presidency
th Amendment (1971) standardized the voting age at 18 years
th Amendment (1992) defined that pay increases for representatives and senators shall not take effect until the next Congress convenes.

I've been around while six (6) amendments have been added. That even surprises me!
