BOMB SQUAD

There's a group of U.S. government workers that I hope will never have anything to do. It is the part of the Department of Energy known as the Nuclear Emergency Support Team (NEST). It's a group of scientists, engineers and technicians whose task it is to defuse nuclear weapons brought into this country by terrorists. They've actually been around since the mid-1970's providing assistance to the FBI. I never knew they existed. To this date, they haven't had anything but false alarms. Let's keep it that way.
