INAUGURATION

At the upcoming presidential inauguration, one member of the cabinet will not attend. It's not because that person hates B.O. or even has b.o. No, its to protect the succession of the presidency. If something would happen and everyone there was killed, that one person would take over. One member of each house of congress will stay away, also. Paranoid, aren't we?
