CINCINNATI SPORTS LAST WEEK

The Reds opened a road trip on Tuesday in the nation's capital. They had three with the lowly Nationals and only won two. Each game was very close. . . the Reds are not playing real well right now. They really miss Joey Votto.

You thought winning two out of three was bad against the last place Nationals? The Reds topped that. They lost all three with the lowly Kansas City Royals. The Reds just can't score runs and their defense has sprung several leaks. That's not a good combination.

Chad Ocho Cinco showed up at practice with temporary tattoos on his face. He was just trying to fool us into thinking he is wacko. It worked for me.
