BOOBIES

Yes, boobies!
The booby is a large sea bird with long bill and pointed wings. The white and grey birds dive from great heights for fish and pursue them underwater. They have webbed feet to help them swim. Boobies are found mostly in the Northern hemisphere. In Australia and New Zealand, a similar bird called the Gannet can be seen. Both birds are colonial breeders. Hundreds gather on remote deserted beaches to breed. They have served as food for many a shipwrecked sailor. All I can say is, "Thank God for boobies."
