The Reds opened the week with a three game set against the Dodgers at GABP. The lost the first two badly but snapped back behind Bronson Arroyo to win the third. Doing so, they hung onto first place for the time being.
Chad Ochocinco finally got to a Bengals practice. They say he was dancing along the sidelines to make some good catches. He still has a few more episodes of his new VH1 dating show to complete.
The Reds went to Seattle for the weekend to play the Mariners. They lost three in a row, scored only 1 run in the three games and ended up 1-1/2 games behind the Cardinals in their division. The bats all went to sleep.
