We stopped at a pretty neat place last weekend. It would make a worthwhile stop for anyone in the area. It is the Veterans Memorial in the City of Mason. It sits along side their ostentatious city building pictured at the right and in front of the new high school on Mason-Montgomery Road. It could be a good learning experience for youngsters.
I avoided veterans memorials for many years. Maybe, I'm over that.
