When I talk about wine, I'm talking about grape wine. You can make wine out of anything that will ferment. These include most fruits, rice and even dandelions. All you need to make wine is yeast to turn the sugar into alcohol.
Our wines max out at 21% alcohol content. Table wine is usually about 10% alcohol. Note that most beers are 7% alcohol or less. Most whiskeys and other products we refer to as alcohol contain from 43% to 50% alcohol. Be careful not to drink too much.
Always remember, Jesus didn't turn water into vodka.
