Cincinnati has eight (8) wins as their over/under. If you bet the over, you think they will win nine (9) or more games. If you bet the under, you think they will win seven (7) or less games. If they win eight games, you lose either way. Well, Doc makes this comment about those odds. "I'll never trust a Marvin Lewis coached team - he's the worst coach in professional sports.
