Did you know that bed bugs have distinct temperature limits? A bed bug goes into hibernation at anything below 62 degrees F and cannot survive for 15 minutes at 26 degrees below zero. On the top side, they die in seven minutes at 115 degrees F. Why do I tell you this? Make your bed a hot spot...you'll sleep a lot better.
