DREAM

If you can't figure out what is, you will never be able to figure out what could be. But, if you spend all your time analyzing what is, you may never have time to think of what could be. Set aside some dream time...but not too much.

Some people are doers and some people are dreamers. Every group or organization needs some of each. If you have all doers, you'll be able to get a lot done but you won't advance forward because you won't know where to go. If you have all dreamers, you'll never advance forward even though you know where to go. Build diversity in your organization.
