RANDOM MUSINGS FROM THE TOP OF THE HILL

THE LATEST

Last week, I saw what I hope is not a permanent gimmick. It was a pick-up truck rigged with a large hi-def television screen on its bed and facing to the rear . It was traveling in the middle lane of I-275 and playing advertisements for all those approaching it. Interspersed between the ads was a notice that "your message could be playing here." The truck was going the speed limit and I suppose it will make the circle around the beltway until gas becomes more expensive than the ad revenue. Talk about a two-sided sword.

Come to think of it, that would have been a cute way to propose marriage...at least better than the lame method I used..."Do you want to buy a ring?"

:)
