STUART, FL

A man named Herbert Johnson has been banned from the local libraries in Stuart, Florida. Johnson was apparently responsible for writing a number of "explicit" notes to female librarians, many of which, he left in plain sight on desks and reading carousels. Authorities further report that Johnson made "crude" advances on female library workers and sent some of them gifts which police described as "entirely inappropriate." A man I totally empathize with, Herbert is 92 years old.
