There I go again. I just love these dates with special number combinations. This one won't happen again for a hundred years. I'll probably make note of it again on that date!

Fascinating sports weekend. The underdogs won in the pro football playoff games on Saturday...two very exciting finishes. Nobody gave the Seahawks a chance... "on any given Saturday"... and the fat foot fetisher from funnytown finally fell into a win at Indy.

On Sunday, the Bearcats got hustled off the floor in Philadelphia. It could have been the post-crosstown letdown or, maybe, just a dose of reality.

On Monday, we made the undefeated Texas Christian University Horned Frogs the National Champions of college football. Didn't we? They finished undefeated and Rose Bowl winners. And they looked better than the teams I saw play last night.
