MYSTERIES

Wednesday, when I got home from work, I heard a funny beep, beep, beep from my Prius when I left it and went in for dinner.  No problem.  The next morning, when leaving the house for work, as usual, the last thing I did was shut off the tea kettle on the stove.  For some reason, two burners were on instead of one.  I have no idea why.  When I went out to the car, I pressed the button to start it and the dang thing turned off.  I had left it on all night.  No real problem, the battery had only gone down a little.  I thought about this on the way to work. When I got to the office, my computer was still on.  I know that I shut it down; I always do.  I'm not sure if I'm to be trusted with explosives or small children.
