RANDOM MUSINGS FROM THE TOP OF THE HILL

VACATION

Monday started off on a bad note but ended on a good one. Earely in the morning,  I walked out to the end of the driveway in my flip flops and shorts, stood for a few minutes looking around the neighborhood when I realized something was amiss at my feet.  Ouch!  I had been attacked by fire ants.  I ran to the garage and got a towel and wiped them off as best I could.  Then I ran through the house to the pool and stuck my feet in the water.  Relief!  The pain was gone...temporarily.  I have a half dozen big welts that surfaced during the day.  Benadryl cream is now my friend.

After lunching at Chili's by the Jensen Beach Mall, we went to the high school to watch Stacey and her singing/signing group.  She works with another group of developmentally disabled kids after school once a week.  Quite impressive, I must say.

We dined at Bonefish Mac's before turning in for night.
