After all this time, three years and two doctors, I thought I was past my Achilles tendon problems...but I'm not. Wednesday I went to the track and jogged a little. Thursday I could hardly walk. Friday it was still painful. Saturday I could still feel it. Sunday I could almost walk normally without pain. How depressing.
