FOOD

Here is something to think about when selecting what food to eat.  Corn is what cattle farmers use to fatten their beef.  Race horses get fed oats and fruit.  Do you want to be a cow or a thoroughbred?  Songbirds and monkeys that play high in the trees eat seeds and fruit.  Raccoons and skunks that creep along the ground eat any garbage they can find.  Fly high!  If you had a million dollars invested in a race horse, would you feed it junk food?  There is a good reason veterinarians recommend that you don't feed your pets table scraps.
