In the woods where I walk four days a week, there is a tree with an abnormal growth.
I noticed one day last week that the growth had the look of a face.
It was a scary face, made for Halloween.
I decided that all it needed were two eyes...so I made a pair at home that night out of old golf balls and a little paint.
I hope it humored all those who walk that trail.
(We couldn't get the second ball to stay in place.)
