PAIN

Something to think about . . .

Without bad, good wouldn't be so good;
without sorrow, joy wouldn't be so joyous.
Shoulder the negatives with the knowledge that they are useful.

Pain is a little different, I think.  Physical pain is a signal; a sign that something is wrong.  If your tooth hurts, something is wrong with it.  Without the toothache, your teeth might rot until you could see the problem.  Without pain, many fractured bones would go undetected.  Pain is useful.

We can also have mental pain and it is also a signal.  Most often this pain comes in the form of stress and worry.  It is just as important that you relieve yourself of this pain as any toothache or broken bone.  Do not try to ignore it.  Pain is a gift.  It is there for a purpose.  Take action, when you have it, and don't be afraid to ask for help.
