Do you see how we have diminished the value of our great leaders? Yesterday was the anniversary of the birthday (1732) of our first great president, George Washington. I dare say, almost no one mentioned it. When I was young, it was a special day. For the sake of convenience, we have lumped honoring all presidents into one day. We should do better than that. I hope everyone had a cherry pie or tart for dessert last night.
