EXERCISING

Okay, everyone, now follow instructions.  This wont be too strenuous.

Be seated comfortably.  Raise your right leg off of the floor.  Now make clockwise circles with your foot.  Good!  You're doing fine so far.  Keep doing that.

Now take your right index finger and draw the number six (6) in the air.  Wait, keep that foot making clockwise circles - not counterclockwise.  Yes, the number six! 

What's wrong?  Practice! Practice! Practice!  Let me know if you think you're good at it.
