Why, pray tell, is BHO studying the VA hospital situation instead of doing something about it? Why not just fix it?
I'll tell you why. The VA hospitals are 'government run' entities. They cannot really be fixed without taking them out of the hands of the government. Will this happen? No way! It would take admitting that Obamacare will never really work.
... and it wont.
