LIFECHANGING

I previously announced that on 9/14 I had vowed to stop eating in-between meals and to cut out all junk food.  I am happy to report that for over two weeks now I have not had a crumb of anything in between meals.

I have approached this just like when I quit smoking.  It can be done.  I still over-eat at many meals but this is a good start.

Note:  beer is not junk food.
