In case you missed it, the federal government has changed it's suggested dietary guidelines again. It has been determined that the guidelines were based on bad science.
Since 1961, fat and cholesterol in your diet were killers. It seems there is no real basis for this. Now, the restrictions put on salt in the diet and even saturated fat are being questioned. They may be the next to fall.

What this brings us to is Global Warming which now has morphed itself into Climate Change. How bad is the science upon which this is based? Are we wasting billions of dollars on a boondoggle?
