On this date in 1948, Candid Camera made its TV debut! Get this!! It had been on the radio for a year - as Candid Microphone!!!
I always loved Candid Camera - it was on TV for decades and still can be found if you know where to look. I had no idea it stemmed from a show called Candid Microphone.
