THANKSGIVING

Of course, here in America, we all have a lot to be thankful for.  We have the necessities of life in abundance...and more.  Surely, this country is a gift from God.

Now, who else should we thank?  It should be our ancestors who bravely chose to come here.  -Our parents who produced us.  -Those who fought and gave their lives that a good government could be established here.   -Those who fought and gave their lives in wars that this country should remain free.   Don't forget those who have sacrificed to teach us and give us their wisdom.  -and those who daily risk their lives to protect us.

I could go on and on with that but the next question is always "How do we thank them?"  That's easy.  It's more than saying "Thank you."   Like all gifts that we receive, we must give that and more to others -  in whatever way we can.

Strive to give more than you receive.  It is an impossible task.  The more you give - the more you will receive.  HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
