SOFTBALL

The season goes on . . . last night we walked over some inept friends by about 15-1 in five innings.  I got my first hit of the season - a modest poke into right - and went on to score one of our runs.  I also pitched two innings.

Thanks to a couple of our boys committing the unforgivable sin the previous week we had plenty of beer.  You see, striking out requires you to bring a case of beer the following week. To top off the event, the Motts were kind enough to buy my dinner afterwards.   That makes it a pretty perfect night.
