Last night, it was a great night for a ball game. We had a wonderful time beating Danny Brinkman's team 9-3. I went hitless but the beer was cold and the conversation was winning - what more could I ask? I'm not really able to run very well with my lower abdomen pain.
Let me explain what an 'oblique' is. It is a muscle (you have four - both left and right and interior and exterior) that extends from the bottom of your rib cage (which puts it on your side) to your pubis (central of your pelvis) and connects the two. They run around your abs. They are more involved with twisting and turning than the crunch motion that abs are used for. I hope you can understand that. Anyway, that's what hurts.
