SUNDAY SERVICE

This Sunday the liturgy is vague to me.  Jesus uses the symbol of a mustard seed.  I've never seen one but I assume they are very small.  From this little seed grows the mustard plant which evidently is very hardy and difficult to eradicate.  Jesus used this symbol when he was asked to give his followers greater faith.  Jesus answered that all they need is faith the size of the mustard seed and with very little help a very strong plant or great faith will flourish.

Do not hide your seed in the dark.  Let the sun shine on it.  Let the rain pour down on it.  Don't be afraid or ashamed of your faith.  It wont hurt you.
