Realize this:  resistance exercises like weightlifting do not make your muscles larger or stronger. They actually break down your muscles.  It is the food you eat and your body's use of it following those exercises that repairs the muscles and improves them.  Exercise stresses and breaks down your muscles - - - a good diet feeds the muscles and builds them up.  The process of building those muscles is called metabolism.  That burns fat even when you're resting.  Eat well!

Standard Barbie Dolls, which were introduced in 1959, are 11-1/2" tall.  G.I.Joe, which was introduced in 1964 for boys, is 12" tall.  G.I. Joe is not a doll but an action figure. Vive la difference! GI means 'government issue'.

In 1776, when our country was founded, it took one to two months to get a message from Europe. Now, I'd say, one to two seconds.

The U.S. Navy has a Surface Warfare Training Center in Crane, Indiana (of all places).  Not much water there.
