SNOW

FOR THE RECORD:  Let's mark 12-13-16 as the first measurable snowfall of the season.  We had 1-2 inches in southern Butler County and 2-4 inches in the northern part of the county.  I saw reports of 5 inches in Springboro.  South of I-275, they got almost nothing.
