SPORTS - CINCINNATI STYLE

🏀 Xavier has garnered a transfer from Green Bay, Kerem Kanter.  Should be eligible to play next years.  On the other hand, high scorer Trevon Bluiett may not.  Bluiett was picked up in Indiana this week for drug possession.

🏈 The Bengals made a trade this week with the Jacksonville Jaguars for a defensive lineman.  They gave away a draft pick (to be determined) for Chris Smith.  He's been in the league for three years. The Bengals are desperate to improve their pass rush this year.  Domata Peko leaving has left a hole in a line that already didn't amass many sacks.

🏈 The Bearcats will end their Spring practices with an inter-squad game at Nippert tomorrow night.  Might be fun.  

⚾  Can you believe the Reds?  Scooter?  Amir?  Cody?  Wandy?  Who ever heard of these guys? What is going on here?  First place!!  This is the first time since 1990 that the Reds won the first three series of the season.  Maybe Adam Duvall IS for real.  Please don't anyone tell them their not this good.

⚾ UC baseball is 12-12 on the year.  The Bearcats beat Ohio State 7-1 on Tuesday.  UK is #16 in the country.

⚽ FC Cincinnati, our pro soccer club, is 1-2 this season.  Their home opener is Saturday night.
