Truth: The more muscle mass you have the more calories your body will burn each day no matter what you are doing. Trade your fat for muscle!
Truth: You cannot gain muscle mass in the gym or weight room. Doing resistance exercises like lifting weights breaks down your muscles. Muscles are built at the dining table and in bed. Lift all the weights you want and follow that up with fast food and little sleep and you've gained almost nothing. Eat right and sleep right!
Truth: It's so difficult to start when you are old - so start when you are young and never quit! Good habits are good for a lifetime!
