Tough lesson found in Luke's Gospel this weekend; Love your neighbor. This doesn't sound so difficult until you hear Jesus' further explanation. If someone hits you, don't hit back. If someone steals from you, don't take anything back but give more. Lend to those in need and expect nothing in return. Love those who hate you. Do unto others . . .
These are hard things to do. Nobody said it would be easy. Don't be discouraged. You really can do it - He did.
