My dad used to say, when he saw a large female,  "I'd like to have her butt full of nickles".    Now I find the a butt is a unit of liquid measure.  A butt is a kind of barrel - used for wine.  Blame all this confusion on the British.  The largest barrel is a tun.  A butt is a barrel half the size of a tun.  A barrel is a barrel that's an eighth of a tun.  I won't bother you with all the other measures.  It's enough to know that this must have caused a buttload of confusion.  No wonder we were able to kick their butts.
