MIDWEEK PRAYER

From Psalm 23

Lord, you are my Shepherd, you have given me all I need.
In green pastures you let me graze,
to still waters you lead me;
You restore my soul.

You guide me along narrow paths;
even if I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil, for you are with me;
your rod and your staff comfort me.

You set a table before me in front of my enemies;
You treat me as a guest and my cup overflows.
Indeed, goodness and mercy will pursue me all the days of my life;
I will dwell in your house, the house of the Lord -  forever.
