MIDWEEK PRAYER

Today, try this.

If you feel you need help, go first and help someone else.
If you feel you need money, go first and give some of what you have to another.
If you feel you need to have someone express that they love you, go first and express your love to another.

and pray:

Dear Lord, I know that the world does not revolve around me and my desires and needs.  Give me the strength to help others.  I know that you will give me all that I need.  Thank you for the gifts you have given to me and my family.   I will walk with you today and I trust that you are always with me.
Amen.
